Hope was sitting at the table in the corner, twirling the straw and watched the little black bubble things bob around in the milk. Hope still wasn't sure about this drink but she wasn't sure about a lot of things so she was drinking it anyway. It was all the rage now anyway. It had been almost a week since her return to Hogwarts had become official. She had perfect grades so it wasn't an issue on whether she could keep up and it had worked out that she'd still be in the same year level as before. A few people had approached her on the way here, telling her all the usual stuff with the added comments about her break from acting and everything, and she had smiled and said thanks. The usual. Although this time, she felt her words had fallen a bit flat. "Does Hope get to hope that she'll be staying in the same room as you again?" She asked with a grin. The 'hope' jokes had progressively gotten worse over the years but whatever. They're still funny. Her mother should have chosen a better name.

There is no sense of reservation as Iliana rubs the paper from her straw into a small ball and flicks it towards Hope's face. "What have I told you about your Hope jokes? Even Zoë is funnier than you and that says a lot," she remarks, with no real bite to her words. "Next bad joke calls for an ice cube down your pants. It's a warning, C.R.," she adds, smirking over at her. The nickname was one she'd assigned years ago and she had yet to forget about. She'd come up with it to avoid unwanted attention on her and her famous best friend, and it worked whenever Hope was disguised. Even as her fame waned, she stuck to it. It was unique, too, and Iliana valued that.

At least you won't know when it's coming," she adds, a grin breaking through, mirroring her best friend's. At her following comment, she scoffs and crosses her arms in true Sakellarios-Willow fashion. She'll die a stubborn bitch. "Zoë isn't funny and if you think she is, maybe you should start hanging out with her instead of me," she grumbles.

The idea makes her stomach flutter, but it's way too scary early to deal with any of that. Her cheeks burn a little at the mental image that comes to mind and she has to clear her throat just to find her voice again. "You could if you wanted to, you dumbass. As long as it keeps you away from the she-devil. Honestly, how can someone be so annoying? It's like everything she does gets on my nerves. She uses the toilet every time I shower! The water gets so cold, Hope, it's a nightmare. And she basically has mama wrapped around her dumb, skinny little finger, so I can't even complain to her!" Exasperated, she throws her hands in the air. "I'm gonna fight her one day."

Hope burst into giggles because she knew what Ili was complaining about just because she'd watched Zoe wait until Ili got into the shower before pointedly either flushing the toilet or turning on a faucet somewhere, knowing full well it'd cut off the hot water. Hope decided it was none of her business to comment upon it. "Just ignore her, she'll grow out of it one day," Hope said with a grin, "maybe one day you'll be wishing she goes back to all these jokes."

"I would," Hope responded, the same smile still on her face. "It's more fun when there's competition. There's a childish go make out with Zoë if you're gonna keep mentioning her at the tip of her tongue, but the mere idea is so revolting she feels nauseated. Her brow furrows deeper and it's a little more obvious how irritated she is. There's a swirl of emotions eating away at her angrily, and Iliana doesn't know how to confront any of them. So, she resorts to keeping quiet, still pettily waiting on her apology. For that and the boba ball that's now glued to her cheek. Her lip curls, disgusted, and when she plucks it off, she throws it back at Hope.
