Rare Magical Ability

Witches and Wizards may sometimes be born with or learn rare magical abilities like the ability to read thoughts or may be able to talk to snakes. Rare Magical Abilities in Witches and Wizards are very rare and no one knows how they are passed on. Some believe them to be genetic as the legends say that only descendants of Salazar Slytherin are able to speak parseltongue, and the Sight is often a family trait. These rare and magical skills are deemed exotic.
