Lena hadn't begun her day with "buy makeup" on her to-do list, but almost everything had gone mysteriously missing since the last time she'd been in her makeup bag, and it would be easier to replace things than try to find where she'd misplaced them. She's only here for the essentials, but the display of color-changing lipstick just off to the side looks so much more tempting than the eyeliner selection she's trying to choose from.

It had been a while since Daphne had gone to Lincliff even for just a small period of time so when she was able to spare a minute she headed to her favourite store and pick up a couple of things to treat herself. She stood glancing over a couple of displays, occasionally picking something up to set it back down again. She bit her lip as she considered which colour would match her skintone, it was springtime...maybe she should try a pastel pink palette? So many options.

She peruses the eyeliner for a few more seconds before giving up, grabbing a trusty black, and diverting her full attention to the lipsticks. Should she go for something subtle and - maybe - borderline professional? Probably not, if she were being honest. She simply wouldn't wear it. She starts looking for something glow-in-the-dark - if she's going to be nocturnal, she can at least look good doing it.

The closest mirror Aerin finds is by the eyeshadow section, so she walks over and leans forward, assessing her hair in the mirror, not noticing Rosalyn beside her. "Would I have enough time to get a hair cut too?" she says, tilting her head. A bob would be cute right? She could totally pull a bob off. She notices the eyeshadow and wonders if there's any harm in buying some new eyeshadow too. Just to freshen it up. You know, there's nothing wrong with something new.
