Although the house is in Mackenzie Catley's name, Eliana is the one to handle most responsibilities on a day-to-day basis given Mac's commitment to her job as Head Coach of the Australian National Quidditch Team. Further, both Warren and Avery live with her, along with Blake, Ellie, Claire, Joey and Finley during the British and Irish quidditch season. The house itself is reasonably spacious, counting with the master bedroom and bathroom, another two full bathrooms, and four additional bedrooms. Other than that, it has a living room, dining room and kitchen, with a deck in the backyard. It covers the essentials and a little more, which is all they really wanted.
