Personality

Personality House Eugene is a feet-on-the-ground, eye-on-the-prize kind of guy with a realistic, grounded approach to life. He knows how to do things, and to get things done. He is very much concerned with things that are worthwhile - and that includes his own live. Eugene wants to do and be something worthwhile, he needs to feel useful and effective in the real world in order to be satisfied with his lives. Eugene has a strong sense of society and its framework, and he feels most secure when he feely he's doing his part within that framework. Eugene likes to pare things down, and take pleasure in the simple things in life. However, he is attracted to status symbols and these ones will wear the best clothes and drive quietly impressive cars. He doesn't mind taking things slowly, but he absolutely aims to get to the top of the mountain in life! He makes his way steadily and sure-footedly; and his strength and singleness of purpose are admirable. Eugene can sometimes be rather lonely, although he rarely lets it show. He is often a little reserved, even standoffish. This is generally because he values all things practical, and he'll seldom wear his emotions on his sleeves. To some, Eugene may come across as unimaginative, but he can be enormously creative when it comes to the material world. History

General Childhood History At Hogwarts Eugene was born to Arthur Robichaux and Antigone Xenou on December 25th 2026 in New York, USA. As his father was employed in the Ministry of Magic, Arthur wasn't really around Eugene as much. This, of course, means that he was living with his muggle mother, completely unaware of the existence of magic. His parents had an agreement that he was much safer staying outside of the whole magic world, because he could easily become a target due to his father's position. He spent his early childhood living in a luxurious appartment on the Upper East Side with Antigone, his mother, who was at the time working as an editor for a big newspaper company. Her good position in the company provided Eugene with an opulent childhood, one could even say Antigone spoiled little Eugene. By the age of six, Eugene was enrolled in a private school, the best one money could afford. Although Antigone insisted on many private tutors, Eugene didn't seem to really need any. His affinity for knowledge was already expressed, much to Antigone's joy. She had schemed a plan that, if he were to manifest his magic, he were to choose to stay in the muggle world, rather than join Arthur, his father, whom he had not met. In 2038, Antigone's newspaper was involved in a rather big scandal which resulted in numerous lawsuits and trials. By the end of 2039, most of their resources were gone, which resulted in Eugene's transfer to a public school, where he was picked on because of his previous lavish lifestye. Antigone swallowed her pride and contacted Arthur, who gladly took both of them under his wing. The three were now living together for the first time since Eugene was born, although he still wasn't aware Arthur was his father. Eugene was now enrolled in another private school, much closer to their appartment located on the Upper West Side. When he turned ten, he was attacked in the city by mugglers and his magic manifested by sending them flying across the alley they were in. While trying to come up with a logical explanation of what had just happened, his father explained to him that he is in fact a wizard, just like Arthur himself. Not much later, he got his acceptance letter to Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. /

Skills and Interests Academics Skilled Fencer: Eugene is professionally trained in the art of fencing and has been training for eight years, since he was 7 years old. Skilled Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Eugene can easily be considered rather skilled in unarmed combat, especially if his opponent is unarmed as well. Due to his dedication to training and a natural talent for this type of combat, Eugene has shown capable of battling several opponents at the same time. Combined with his fantastic reflexes and witty mind, Eugene tends to try and avoid most of the hits, relying on his somewhat existent flexibility in order to do so. He mainly focuses on the strength in his upper body, landing most of the hits with his hands. Keen Intellect and Vast Magical Knowledge: Over the years spent observing various Wizards and their techniques, Eugene has built up an enormous amount of knowledge about magic itself, being able to recognize most of the spells solely on their incantations. In addition to that, he has spent hours upon hours in libraries, gathering knowledge relating to various topics, from healing plants to Dark Arts. Also, he has a very high IQ, around 154. This allows him to memorise things to the smallest details, especially battles he has witnessed or participated in. With this ability, he can most likely predict his opponents' next move. He doesn’t like for people to know about his intelligence and acts rather childish, tricking people into thinking otherwise. Polyglot: Eugene is capable of speaking English (his mother tongue), Greek (his mother taught him), French and Latin (taught in school). Eugene is rather skilled with Charms and Transfiguration.

It is composed of the elements ευ (eu) "good" and γενης (genes) "born". Isolation: Eugene found out at a young age, that being alone wasn’t always great. He often got depressed from being alone, and fears to have that hole returned to him chest again if she were to be isolated once again.
