Käte Greer was born into a rather interesting family. Käte was born to a Belgian-German witch, Vivien Fertig, and Scottish wizard, Neil Greer in Munich, Germany. She grew up with five siblings who were a lot older than her, which left Käte alone most of the time as her siblings were too busy to spend all that time with her. She didn't mind though, because she had her own interest: Quidditch.
Her parents had both played Quidditch when they were younger, and Käte really had found a passion for the game while playing with her parents one day. Of course, she was very young and not all that good, but that didn't stop the little girl from being determined to one day be like her parents.
Käte's first sign of magic was when she was about six years old. On a boring, rainy Saturday, her sister Amber was out, and Käte thought it would be a cool idea to go snoop around in Amber's room. Her sister's diary was on the bookshelf, and it was too high for Käte to reach. Then all of a sudden, she somehow made the diary fall to the ground! Käte then spend a few good minutes reading about all of Amber's secrets, until she lost track of time and was soon caught. After her parents told her off for invading Amber's privacy, they weren't too mad when they found out their child was magical too- quite proud, to be exact.
When Käte was 11 years old, she began attending Durmstrang. She did well academically, and made a few good friends, but she sure was committed to be good at Quidditch. And she sure was pretty talented. It was hard to maintain good grades for some reason, but she tried very hard and ended up getting what she wanted. She graduated with flying colours and is hoping to pursue her Quidditch dream...
