Cleo Bionic Cyberstorm is an android created by a mad scientist/possible wizard named Tancred Cyberstorm, on July 13, 2011. She isn't that old, but she already has the intelligence of a full adult. Cleo is the shortened version of her real name, Project C.L.E.O, Named after Tancred's late wife and children.(Celeste and Lilium, Eli, and Olliver) Tancred truthfully sent in Cleo to spy on the wizards and to assasinate the Minister or Magic, though killing was the last thing she wanted to do in this new, strange world she'd just entered. Cleo is almost perfect, except for her speech. Cleo's way of talking is anything but human-like, either talking in 0110101's or saying something like, "REPLY: THAT SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD HUMAN ACTIVITY, THAT I CAN DO, BECAUSE I AM A HUMAN, NOT A ROBOT."
Personality[]
Cleo is a bubbly, curious, and intelligent female android, making her the perfect student for Ravenclaw. Her appearance and brain functions work flawlessly, except for her speech. Tancred has yet to fix the bugs out of that. When in danger or feels threatened, she will activate Program:assassin_spy_murder.exe, which causes her to basically kill everything within a 5-mile radius with lazars or the killing curse, whatever's easier. Fortunately, it takes a lot to intimidate Cleo. She is kind and genorous to her wizard counterparts, but like 90% of the robot community, she is jealous of them for being living organisms. (Real people) She wonders about every little thing, and sometimes will pester her classmates to tell her everything about them. (Halfly because she's curious and halfly because she was literatly made to spy on people.) Cleo's artificial brain can receive signals from other mechanical objects and her creator, making her able to recharge her battery on objects such as the muggle-born's "ipods." Deep down she is cold and calculating, just as she was planned to be, but the spirit of Celeste Cyberstorm enchanted Cleo's motherboard to where she could preform magic (Celeste and her children were wizards) and have her own will. It also causes her to be the opposite of her original personality, kind and thoughtful, but it only covered up Cleo's initial programming to be a cold and heartless machine, so it's still deep within her motherboard. Cleo chooses to avoid her father's mission to assassinate the Minister of Magic at all costs.

frame, and average height. She has pale skin made of a sort of skin-feeling rubber material. Just about everything about Cleo's appearance is synthetic. She usually wears black and blue, though her favorite color is yellow. She usually has a smile fixed on her face, because of Celeste's enchantment, but she also carries other common emotions like anger and sadness. She cannot express things like love or fear, making her Boggart nothing. Every once and a while, Tancred sends Cleo a chip by owl to update her appearance so that she evades suspicion. You could say Cleo is pretty, but then again, she IS a robot...

Creator: Tancred Cyberstorm - Tancred's birth is unknown. He was born to a family of pure blood wizards, but his
mother gave him up for adoption because she couldn't take care of him. He was adopted by muggles when he was very young. Tancred always had the ability to do magic, but being a man of science he always assumed it was nothing, so he grew up knowing nothing about the Wizarding World. He was always the kid who was beat up and made fun of in school. He loved science and math, but the rest of his generation seemed not to care. When he was in college, he met the love of his life, Celeste Bone, who loved science as much as he did. They were married after college. Celeste was secretly a pure blood wizard, and didn't tell Tancred until she was pregnant with her first child. Together they had 3 children, Lilium, Eli, and Olliver. One day, Celeste and Tancred had a huge fight. Tancred stormed out, got on his broomstick, and flew around for a bit. When he got back, The house had exploded and his wife and children were dead. A potion Celeste was making as an apology to Tancred went wrong and exploded. Tancred believes Death Eaters ambushed his house.Shortly after, Tancred, driven insane by the lost of his beloved wife and children, was admitted to St. Mungo's. When he got out in January, 2011, he started Project C.L.E.O. He wanted to, one, reincarnate his wife into a child, and two, find out the secrets of these so-called "wizards." By July 2011, he had created the perfect killing machine, Cleo Cyberstorm. This concerned the spirit of Celeste, who stayed around Tancred's lab as a ghost to watch over him. She enchanted the assassin robot to have her own free will, and to be like Lilium, kind, generous, and unselfish. Doing this also gave Cleo the same magical properties as Celeste herself, making her an android witch. Her letter to Hogwarts came almost immediately after the enchantment. Tancred saw this as a perfect chance to spy on the wizards and to get his revenge on the so-called death eaters that killed his family. He is a thin guy with gold-blonde hair and big brown eyes. He's a bit weak, but his superior intelligence makes for it. He is only somewhat aware that Cleo has her own free will.
