Basil is naturally rather quiet and can be considered anti-social, not seeming to ever want to speak. When he does speak, however, his comments come out as unresponsive, arrogant or sarcastic, rather than friendly, in a thick, Russian accent. When among people he is familiar with, Basil is shown to be the slightest bit responsive, though nowhere close to friendly unless its with family. Basil appears to play an innocent facade, however despite Basil's usually quiet and innocent appearence, he carries a cold hate for those who he grows to hold a grudge against, and he doesn't smile often.

Basil was born and raised in the nation of Russia; during his time in Russia, he grew alongside his mother and father, until he unwillingly moved to London, England when he grew older due to his mother and father's divorce. Basil was given into the custody of his mother, who recieved a Hogwarts letter soon after their arrival to London. Basil showed hesitance in being enrolled in Hogwarts, having not wanting to go in the first place, however he abided by his mother's authority.
8) Are you Pureblood, Half-blood or Muggle-born? Do you have any notable magical relations? (Remember, you cannot be related to important Harry Potter characters!)

A)I have a lot of other responsibilities, and although I really want to be a part of this wiki, there may be days on end I won't be able to participate in anything.
B)Although I do have some other responsibilities, and there may be times I'll be absent, I should be able to participate on a weekly basis, around my other schedule.
C)I should be able to participate at least some every day.
D)I have loads of free time, and don't see participation to be a problem at all.
