A. Please answer the following questions as elaborately as possible. (Remember, this part is only a requirement for your third to fifteenth character! However, if you want to have more input on where you character is sorted, then please answer #6!)
1) What would you consider to be your character's strengths, and your character's weaknesses? Elaborate on your answer.
My Character's strengths would be in deception, manipulation, and casting spells. My character's weaknesses are that he often overestimates opponents, gets to caught up in scheming for scheming's sake, and doesn't like impulsive and bold actions, but has quick reflexes all the same. He is also overly suspicious, and prefers not to reveal too much about himself.
2) What goals and objectives has your character set out in their life? Is it to be successful and rich? Is it to find happiness? Why? The biggest goal my character has in life is to become the most powerful wizard that ever existed, and possible obtain the Elder Wand. The character doesn't mind and appreciates being rich, though thinks that money is only as useful as the secrets they can buy.
3) What's their ideal way of spending a free day? Why so? An ideal way of spending a free day is increasing his knowledge of forbidden and dangerous magic, as well as planning his next move.
4) If your character could only keep 5 possessions, what would they be? Why? His wand, to cast magic, a pensieve, to study his memories, forbidden spell books, some food and water, and last of all, a pet dragon on speed dial.
5) What one thing would your character change about the wizarding society? Why? My character would teach other wizards to embrace power and knowledge, and only magical ability makes someone superior to others. Magical ability doesn't mean the wisest wizard or the most powerful in dueling, but rather the most skilled in their own field/specialty.
6) What house does your character want to be in? What house does your character not want to be in? Why? My character does want to be in Slytherin, and really wants to counter the stereotype that Slytherin is dark and evil. My character does in no way want to be in Gryffindor, because they are too arrogant, nosy, and have crossed the line between bravery and stupidity.

1) Give a description of your character's personality. Are you noble or sneaky? Arrogant or Humble? Anything about your character that might help the Sorting Hat decide. (Don't worry, you can copy this onto your character page later!) (Remember, personality must be at least one paragraph long for the first two characters, two paragraphs long for the third to eighth characters, and three paragraphs long for the ninth to fifteenth!)
Davee is a rather sneaky and quiet person, but a rather sad person then dark or evil. He likes to manipulate other people, as he thinks that negotiation skills are very important. He does his best to excel in every field he participates in, and is exceptionally talented in Transfiguration and Charms. He doesn't like to reveal mush information, is a person who is very careful, and a master plotter. Though some may view him as dark/evil, he merely thinks he is a normal person who is interested in different things than most other people. One of his most defining traits is the fact that he enjoys delving in to forbidden lore and magic, from dueling spells to emotional states of magical creatures. He doesn't know why most curses are not allowed to be learned or used, and regards them as useful.
2) Write about the history of your character. How did they grow up? Is there an incident that made them the way they are? etc. (Again, you can copy this onto your character page later!) (Remember, history must at least be two paragraphs long for the first two characters, three paragraphs long for the third to eighth character, and four paragraphs long for the ninth to fifteenth character!)
My character grew up in alone, on the streets. He was born in Northern Ireland, but his parents were killed by a number of surviving Dark Wizards, who sensed his astonishing magic potential, and intended to raise and recruit him in their ranks. However, their plot was foiled, though his parents died in the ensuing explosion, and the right side of his face was lightly but permanently scarred. Davee doesn't know these details however.
Ever since the death of his parent's Davee has been living on the street. He did live in a foster home for a short while, but was scared he would hurt his foster parents after finding out he had magical powers. He ran away at age 6, and somehow survived for 5 years alone on the streets, in large part due to his masterful ability to negotiate and deceive, even at a young age, as well as his incredible untapped magical potential.
3) Write about your character's appearance. What do they look like? Are you planning on using a certain model for your character? If you already have a picture in mind, you can put it here! Davee is a male human of average height and size. He is light for his age, mostly due to his lack of sleep and food. He has messy black hair, as well as wolf like ice blue eyes. He is not muscular, but has impressive reflexes and strength for his stature.
4) Is your character a Pure-Blood, Half-Blood or Muggle-Born? Do you have any notable magical relations? (Remember, you cannot be related to important Harry Potter characters!)
Davee is a half blood, but unknown to him, both his parents were almost squibs and had very little magical ability, so little, in fact that they were too weak to attend Hogwarts. Where he got his talent is a mystery.
5) Does your character have any special magical abilities? Or special abilities in general (photographic memory, etc.)? Is he or she of a different magical race, such as Veela, Vampire, Werewolf or the like? Part or half of that magical race counts! (Remember, you cannot have a character with special abilities/of a different magical race as one of your first two characters!) For some reason, despite his weak magical heritage, Davee has enough talent to become a skilled auror/ or teacher in his later days. He also has natural abilities at Occulumency due to his knack at blocking out his thoughts and feelings.
6) What year is your character in?
The character is in his 4th year.

Hi! I'm liss. I'm not a sorter, persay, but I'll help you out with this.
So, first of all, his parents were ALMOST Squibs, but still magical, but didn't attend Hogwarts? They'd have still attended Hogwarts if they have any magical ability.
Second, Occlumency is a very difficult ability that has to be trained for years, there's so naturally being good at it.
Also, can you please include his first magical sign, how he was brought to Diagon Alley, etc? And it'd be great if you could include some more details on his first few years in Hogwarts.
I'm not sure if I missed anything, but I'm sure a Sorter will be around to look at it soon~

Hello! I'm Sophie, and well, I actually am a Sorter and Lissy missed a few things of notes that I have to add :')
- As Lissy noted above, unless his parents actually were Squibs, they'd be magical enough to go to and graduate from Hogwarts.
- Knowing Occmulency makes your character exotic which is not allowed for your first two characters. Once you've passed the necessary time (and have more than 2 characters) then he could learn it, since it's not a hereditary thing.
- I hope you don't mind but could you add a sentence or two more to his history? Just to be certain that it will count; some things to add would be like Lissy suggested above: first sign of magic, first few years at Hogwarts (since he isn't a firstie), etc.
- Also, this is just a tiny detail but the Elder Wand is incredibly rare and most likely impossible to obtain at this point in IC time since the wiki happens way beyond the timeline of canon (the books).

- Not always, as they had so little magical ability that they were not sensed, and even if they were sensed, they refused to go to Hogwarts.
- I guess, so I shall remove that. Also, it is not hereditary or anything like that, but rather something he had been forced to of in order to survive. Since he does not have any exotic abilities, I will remove that.
- Also, I believe that I did write a more complicated backstory as an answer to Liss's question.
- No offense, but when did I mention the Elder Wand?

Hello! I'm Jaye, the head of Sorting & Stores! I looked over your forum, and I noticed a couple things still wrong with it.
- How does he not know his parents died in a fire?
- What do you mean, "but was scared he would hurt his foster parents after finding out he had magical powers"? How did he find out? What was his first sign of magic? How did his life change because of it?
- Wizards don't really sense magic. It's not... possible, to sense it. They can know, if they see magic be performed accidentally, but they can't sense it.
