Recently, there has been an argument started by JacktheCat on chat. Because of his immaturity and causing fights over small things such as nicknames and roleplays, I propose that his rights as a Rollback and Chat Moderator should be removed. He also tends to flirt with various female users, and sometimes continues despite being told to stop. I am saying it is not okay to flirt with people and cause petty fights, especially for a Rollback, who is representing the DARP community. Jack has also been giving many verbal warning whilst on chat. Jack, if you are reading thing, don't think we hate you, it is just that sometimes you do things that are highly frowned-upon by DARPians, especially on chat.

Likewise, I don't hate you either, but what Mads said is true. You've made me uncomfortable numerous times over PM because of your flirting, and I've never said anything, because first off, I'm shy and normally don't tell people off that they annoy me, and also because I knew how you'd act. I don't hate you, Jack, but there has been quite a few times when you have seriously irritated me, either by flirting, an immature attitude, or with an occasional throwaway comment which I have actually interpreted as insults. Although I don't think anyone doubts that you are a good member of the DARPian community, I have to say that you do lack qualities needed in a rollback. -asteriea 16:42, June 9, 2014 (UTC)

I don't do this out of malice, but this isn't the first bad thing I've heard from Jack, flirting, needless comments and just winding people up. Your characters are great and you serve well in your department, as you're amazing with your ideas, but that crest shows up next to your name on chat for a reason, and right now I think that it could do better beside another user's name. “Oh, you can't help that,' said the cat. I think regular users can comment on the issue, but I am not sure, but I'm putting this little note here just in case. If you have something to say, put it here.

I know regular users can't vote and all, but I do think Jack really overreacted at the situation. (I don't hate him though) He also "flirted" with me several times on chat. He also posted his full name, country, star sign, and amount of siblings on his user page, and that just gives me an uncomfortable feeling. Jack, I don't hate you either, but there were also a few times you made me feel uncomfortable by flirting in PM. Like Mione, I didn't point it out because I'm shy, and I thought I were overreacting (which now turns out that I'm not). I'm not sure if I have the right to say this, but judging from things you said in chat to Chrys, I also believe that you should have acted more mature, as a RB, and as a person. Well i never expected  this type of behaviur from a rb of darp community. I love all the admins here and respect them including (Bond,Jisk,Liss,Foot,Gruff,Alyssa,Aly,Rabbitty,Madeye,Jorey,Lilly,etc) i hope you would come to darp and try imrove yourself and be a great rper like you used to be and i dont hate you nobody does everyone here is your friend and i hope you realise your mistake.Captain<Pikachu 18:00, June 9, 2014 (UTC)

I know I can't vote, but yeah, I agree that he should be demoted. He's flirted with me several times, which I've always disliked, and during the situation with Chrys, he dragged the argument out for as long as possible, and was obviously trying to get a reaction. But the truth is, my dear, you are not Alice... and this is not Wonderland. 18:57, June 9, 2014 (UTC)

I have to say I feel unable to vote either way, since I didn't witness myself the problems mentioned, but did hear from several clearly unhappy users independently. I certainly don't hate you, Jack. I wish things were different, but I must agree with everything said above. Additionally, this is just my opinion, someone that has claimed they were leaving DARP, and then returning after a few days, doesn't seem reliable enough to be an RB, and that privilege should go to someone who plans to remain consistent. I also agree with everything said above. Honestly, this is all I have to say; if you want people to respect you, do the same in return. If you can't do something as simple as that, then you deserve nothing. Including your rights. These rights are priviliges. If you abuse them... hard luck. You did this to yourself. Jack. I like you, you're a good RPer and you can be a really nice guy. But I saw the screenshots and the testimonies from the others, and I really don't think this position is for you. I mean, we can sit here and argue over who was in the right/wrong but the whole argument here was caused by your inability to respect a user's wishes, which is what the administration team's main premise is. So had I the rights, I would vote you out, because I think there's a very prominent line here that's been crossed, and it needs to be addressed. Jack, I feel like I've have some good times with you and some bad... Well alot of bad, but still, I don't think that he should be a RB if he continues to act like this. He, as a RB, should know how to add pictures to pages and create simple designs. Also I think that his jealously has blinded him from doing his job, after the whole April thing, I think he showed me a new side of him I didn't like. I am also one of the many female users he flirts with, and I think that needs to stop. And I think he needs a fresh start as a regular user, so I vote he be demoted.  22:39, June 9, 2014 (UTC)

Personally I haven't seen this, but then again I'm not on chat much either. This is the first I've heard of the issue, but looking at the others posts and such on here, I feel like it's probably been going on for some time. So, given that I don't have a personal say, I'm going to have to go with the first account testamonies shown above. We have rules form chat, and even in PMs they have to be observed. I hope Jack decides to stay, and that he'll take the demtoion in stride, learning from it and growing, so that in the future maybe he'll have another chance to work with the administration team.
