1) Give a description of your character's personality. Are you noble or sneaky? Arrogant or Humble? Anything about your character that might help the Sorting Hat decide. (Don't worry, you can copy this onto your character page later!) (Remember, personality must be at least one paragraph long for the first two characters, two paragraphs long for the third to eighth characters, and three paragraphs long for the ninth to fifteenth!)
- Elijah is sad. He's confused. He doesn't understand how or why his parents harbor so much hatred towards him. He's small, young and innocent - he doesn't know any better. He doesn't get why his siblings get new clothes and are constantly showered with love, while Elijah only gets the scraps. The hand-me-downs. There's a lot of instability, and it's made him a very withdrawn, upset kid, who all he wants is just a little bit of love.
- He's very trusting of everyone, despite his family situation. If you tell him something, he's likely to believe you. If you order him to do something and give him some half-baked reason that happens to be more of a lie than anything else, he'll do it in a heartbeat. Even if he doesn't know you. He's hardwired to tend to his parents' every whim. And not just that, really, but he wants to impress people so badly - to gain their approval - that he's willing to do anything and believe anything.
2) Write about the history of your character. How did they grow up? Is there an incident that made them the way they are? etc. (Again, you can copy this onto your character page later!) (Remember, history must at least be two paragraphs long for the first two characters, three paragraphs long for the third to eighth character, and four paragraphs long for the ninth to fifteenth character!)
- His parents have never held any love for him. For years now, Elijah has only felt suffering. You have to acknowledge that he's young and innocent, and it explains why he's never understood that what his parents do to him was wrong. Illegal. He's a little boy who's faced many hardships - too many for someone so young.
- His eomma has never felt any love for him. The only person that ever cared for him was his appa, though the man did little to defend him from his mother's harsh blows. Bruises and little scratches adorn most of his youthful skin nowadays - it doesn't hold the same glow it used to. Elijah is a bastard - a constant reminder of his father's infidelity.
- He had hit his first year mark already when his mother first hit him. They still lived in Seoul when it happened. He doesn't remember it, but the cause was as simple as forgetting to put away his only toy - a dark red firetruck. When he's older, and he remembers a little clearer the extent of his mother's hatred towards him, he'll recognize the irony in the little firetruck. It was a burning red, the same color representing anger. Passion. Hate.
- Elijah was three and a half when his family made a jump to England. It was different, and he didn't like it, but for a brief time, his mother's ill-fated feelings towards him were subdued. Once he's older, once he gets his answers, he'll understand why: the woman that had caught his father's eye was their neighbor. A humble, not-yet-of-age girl. The encounter was illegal, something akin to rape, and his appa would have been sent to jail had they not escaped that place.
- His mother was distracted throughout the process of the move, doing this and that, dealing with the family's belongings, Elijah's half-siblings and her husband's issues. They were a wild bunch, and yet it wasn't them that felt the sharp sting of hatred. It was Elijah. Now, though, circumstances have changed. His appa hasn't been able to find a job, pressure is growing to find some stability, and his siblings are growing restless.
- It seems Elijah's happiness was short lived. The love he believed his eomma was finally feeling for him vanished into nothingness. Once again, Elijah's body is green and purple more than it is a tan color.

- He's a muggle-born.
5) Does your character have any special magical abilities? Or special abilities in general (photographic memory, etc.)? Is he or she of a different magical race, such as Veela, Vampire, Werewolf or the like? Part or half of that magical race counts! (Remember, you cannot have a character with special abilities/of a different magical race as one of your first two characters!)

- Ten, I think? Two are kids, though, and one is exotic, I think.
