She stood in the center of the room, waiting for her teammates. Alyss's journal was floating next to her thanks to a levitation spell as she flipped through the pages. The noise level started to increase as more people showed up. Alyss sighed and let out a piercing whistle, forcing everyone to shut up. "Alright! I know that we didn't have a good year last year, but let's change that! Our first game is against Ravenclaw and I know that their beaters are extremely good, so that means, Dreschel, Edilion, you two need to work on getting the bludgers into bludger tennis. Keep them away from Newt and Kylie. Understand?" She waited for their nods before continuing, "Park, Dachshund, You two will be working with me. The Ravenclaws will flock to the one with the quaffle, so we can use that to our advantage. If Ani or Celyn sends a bludger and give a predetermined signal, then get out of the way. Fish in a barrel, right?" Being Captain two years in a row brings some experience. "And Newt, Kylie, Sybill. Newt, ignore everything around you and focus on the Snitch. I would suggest circling above the pitch to avoid bludger knockouts. Do you know how to pull off the Wronski Feint? If you do, then use that to knock the opposing seeker off. Kylie, keep an eye on everything and that includes bludgers. Sybill, I'll transfer you into one game, so for now, just train under Newt. Everyone got their instructions? Good. Let's practice." Alyss swooped into the air, holding the quaffle under one arm. "Ready?"
