Leda is extremely cunning and knows how to get what she wants. She embodies a large amount of moments where a tongue wasn't kept in cheek and she’s known to be vicious with what she says.
Although she’s plain rude to most people, there are a select few in which she shows what she calls a truer personality - a girl who, despite saying she doesn't, cares greatly about how other’s view her and someone who often tries to make sure those close to her are protected and thriving.
Despite sympathising with her father who has an obvious dislike towards Jared, she’s fiercely loyal towards her twin and will pick him over her father any given chance.

Jared and Leda Song were born to British-Korean parents Lucas and Stephanie Song. Lucas and Stephanie were very much star-crossed lovers and their story together was almost as cliché as it could get. Both hailed from pure-blood lines that extended hundreds of years into the past and each had different views on marriage. Lucas' family believed that arranged marriage was key in order to secure a strong and pure bloodline, whereas Stephanie’s family preached that forced marriages weren't true bonds and that the very idea of them would destroy a bloodline. Although Lucas upheld his family's traditions with pride, he fell in love with Stephanie and had promised to himself and her that he’d do anything to get with her. This promise eventually led the two of them leaving their home city of London and relocating to St Ives in Cornwall. A few years after moving, the couple got married and had their twin children.
From the beginning, there'd been troubles on each parents' view on bringing up the twins. Both were keen to implement their family’s values onto their children and, due to the nature of each of them, many arguments broke out between them. Eventually, it was decided that they would let their children decide, rather than forcing it upon them. Of course, it'd seem that Stephanie's values were more voiced due to her family keeping frequent contact with her and often visiting Jared and Leda. Lucas - on the other hand - had broken all ties with his family, leaving him to uphold the beliefs of his family alone.
Living in a seaside town, Jared and Leda spent most of their time at the beach and both developed a passion for the sea. Despite both of their parents being pureblood, Jared and Leda attended a muggle primary school as they awaited their letters to one of the magical schools. It was during this period of their lives that favourites were beginning to become clear with Leda leaning more towards her father whilst Jared preferred their mum. Although the two were close, because of the parents they preferred there were clear differences between the twins’ views on marriage. Whilst Jared fully agreed with his mum’s views, Leda was more partial to be fairer towards her father’s ideology.
Both of the twins had their first magical experience in unison when they turned 8. No matter how close they were, like all siblings they argued and it was during one of their childish arguments that both hurled some toys at each other using magic - much to their surprise. It quickly turned their attention from trying to beat the other up, to wondering how they did it and wanting to do it again and again. When Lucas and Stephanie found out, both were pleased for their children and slowly began to introduce more and more of the wizarding world into their everyday lives.
Eventually, Jared and Leda were pulled out of muggle school when they were 10, their parents believing that there was a high chance both would be attending a wizarding school and that they should try and prepare them while they still could. Following that, magic had the most prominent role in the twins’ lives as they began to study pre-Hogwarts standards of some of the mandatory subjects. The system went well - Lucas would teach half while Stephanie taught the rest with both still keeping the promise they made when they had their children to not indoctrinate with their views. However, on the twins’ 11th birthday, Stephanie fell ill and her health rapidly declined until she passed away, leaving the twins with Lucas. With the death of Stephanie fresh, Lucas amended the ties with his family and soon their values became prominent teachings in Jared and Leda’s lives, up until the two received their letters to Hogwarts and were sorted into Gryffindor and Slytherin respectively.

- A) I have a lot of other responsibilities, and although I really want to be a part of this wiki, there may be days on end I won't be able to participate in anything.
