Been through some bad shit, I should be a savage, who woulda thought it'd turn me to a sad bitch?
Please Note: You can write either the first or second question in a bullet point form. However, please remember only one of them can be in that form. The other must be in full sentences and meet the required length.
1) Give a description of your character's personality. It must be at least seven sentences.
Adela is neither here nor there. To her, life is nothing but a dream. A dream full of visions and fantasies where only a handful of them happen to be reality. A seer, Adela struggles with her visions. Unlike other well known seers, who often struggle form prophecies, Adela struggles with having too much of them and she often feels caught between two worlds-the present and the future. Adela constantly uses small things, such as a spinning coin, to keep herself grounded. She's also found comfort in puppets. Keeping her hands busy can often keep her centered. She often asks the person she's talking to what the date is. This means, however, that she can come across as completely distant to everyone around her. She doesn't mean to ignore them, but her head is quite literally a thousand miles away. However, there are brief seconds where she is perfectly clear and down to Earth. A lot of people assume Adele is, for lack of better terms, high when they first meet her because of how air headed she seems so many of the times. Adela also can come across as quite mysterious to say the least. Adela has learnt to become less vocal about her own visions and prophecies, deciding it is better for others to experience the future on their own rather than her giving them spoilers. Of course, nothing is truly cemented, no matter what Adela see's but she finds telling people means they're going to be pointedly looking for it. It is very complex and Adela struggles to find some resemblance of a normal life.
2) Write about the history of your character. How did they grow up? Is there an incident that made them the way they are? It must be at least two paragraphs long, seven sentences each.
- Daughter of Joceline and Bruinal
- Most popular family in Brittany and the most progressive and open minded, especially compared to Gwyn, the queen (though people refer to her more as a tyrant)
- Adela was one of the eldest daughters and her powers began to show when she was three years old. The seer gene wasn't known to be in the family, in both Joceline's and Bruinal's, but it had apparently been lying low for centuries before blossoming in Tessa.
- Most seers have their prophecies be less frequent but as years went by, Adela's visions became more and more frequent though they were almost uncontrollable. By the age of 18, she could control her powers to some degree-enough that she could think about something specific but they often caused headaches of varying degrees.
- Like most of her siblings, she was often rejected by her aunt's court. However, Adela was often a more easier target considering her abilities and how often she struggled with them and was cast aside.
- Had her first magical incident when she was 7 when one of her distant cousins started teasing her, calling her 'three eyed'. Suddenly his mouth was unable to open. It took an hour for his lips to unstick.
- Her parents tried to help her with her abilities through a variety of methods. One method was making her writing down everything, one method was constantly talking to her, trying to draw her out. But what was constant was patience. Being impatient with Adela brought little results.
- She was homeschooled-going to a school was decided to be too much for her, so she remained with her family for the next five years.
- She did very well in divination!
- Adela went through waves of struggling to accept her lot in life but she eventually accepted it all. Some days were better than others.
- She decided to try Beauxbatons for her final two years and passed with average marks, but she's happy she didn't fail.
- Adela has mostly been focussing on interpreting her visions and dreams since then but has also delved into charity work as well, quietly trying to curb her aunt's brutal rule over Brittany.
3) Write about your character's appearance. What do they look like? Are you planning on using a certain model for your character? If you already have a picture in mind, you can put it here!
4) Is your character a Pure-Blood, Half-Blood or Muggle-Born? Do you have any notable magical relations? (Remember, you cannot be related to important characters from the Harry Potter Universe!)

Is he or she of a different magical race, such as Veela, Vampire, Werewolf or the like? Part or half of that magical race counts!
