Mythology Department Head
With the merge of our two great wikis comes the culmination of the Hogwarts staff. Both sites have amazing teachers and in no way do we want to deprive anyone of the opportunity to experience those teachers, nor do we want to prevent those users from roleplaying their characters. Therefore we have a very simple solution (approved by both sets of bureaucrats from Hogwarts and DA):
As shown in Pottermore, Professor McGonagall was hired to Hogwarts as Transfiguration teacher before Dumbledore even became Headmaster. She was hired to work under him. The two of them formed a "Transfiguration Department." Therefore, two (or more) teachers are able to teach the same subject. However, for this to happen, we need a department head, that's where your vote comes in.
Out of our two wikis, we have a total of two Mythology teachers. We need to decide, out of those two, who is the most fit for the job as Mythology Department Head.
Now, all I need for you to do is, decide what character is, in your opinion, best for the job. We know that you all made be shocked that we have merged with you guys, but all we ask is when you are unbiased in your voting. Thank you.
I don't know, if I'm allow a vote as my character in the vote, but my vote is for this. I think its only the core subjects that need departments, - TheFlyingFoot

I don't think mythology is an important enough dept to have a head, as it's not even a canon subject. BachLynn23Send me an Owl!Today is the first day of the rest of your life. 17:39,4/22/2012
With the votes being what they are, I propose a truce of sorts. Both teachers will have Mythology Classes, and come up with what the will be teaching on, and students can pick the class based on which set of topics they would like to learn. I know one teacher has already put together a lesson plan here. Maybe the other teacher could plan different topics, or they could talk and work out who will teach what. Reguardless this needs to be resolved soon, as this class is scheduled to begin next week. Any other thoughts? Bond_em7 (Owl Me) 14:16, April 24, 2012 (UTC)
