Joey suddenly appeared, dressed in a casual suit with his tie hanging loose from around his neck, "hey! Sorry, did I keep you waiting?" He asked with a grin, "oh, hey! We had the same idea!" He was looking at the cooler, but then he raised his hand which was gripping a brown bag. "Disclaimer-I bought this from a bakery. Do you like pastries? Come on-you can sit on the couch," he said, gesturing to the set up on the stage.

Joey had never had it before but he nodded. "Yeah, sure! You might have to help me put it all together, not much of a cook myself," he confessed as he went over, pulling the pastries out of the bag. They were on a cardboard tray. Blueberry danishes, chocolate croissants and small raspberry muffins shook as he placed it onto the table in front of the couch.

Joey rubbed his hands together as he looked over this. This was his favourite interview he's ever done. "You know-I'll take your tip," he said as he grabbed one of the bowls and put a little bit of everything into it. "Thank you-this is a feast," he said before taking a mouthful. "Definitely a feast, this is great."

Joey began to respond before he faltered to a stop. "Dancing show?" He asked. "You're asking me to produce a dancing show?" He looked down at the food. "I thought it was a cooking show?" Did he read the pitch completely wrong.

Joey was a little speechless for a moment before he hung his head back and laughed, the booming type of laughter that echoed around rooms. Joey never really held himself back when it came to laughter. Always the type to be heard in a room whenever he started. It was a nightmare at awards shows. You could be watching it all from home and go 'oh there's Joey King-laughing his head off'. "Ah, you got me! I try to say I'm not gullible but apparently I am. I imagine it would be. Survivor but a dance competition."

Joey had his own comments but he wanted to hear her more before he began asking questions. "Go on," he said, sitting back, looking a little bit more serious than before but he always had the expression that he was about to laugh or smile. Resting bitch face but make it resting laughter face.

Joey listened intently to her explanation before nodding. "A problem that I often hear about other cooking shows is that they often seem to out of reach for your average viewer for some reason or another. Something that is designed for your average Joe I think would be a refreshing watch. And I certainly can. Just a question-what's your experience with all of this?"

Joey nodded as he listened before he took one more mouthful of the food. "Alright, let's do this-I'll give you a seasons contract. However many episodes you need for a proper run. See how the views are going and then we'll do another contract by the end of it. What do you think of that?"
