born on 22 May 1995 to Queen Gwenhael I along with her twin brother Tierneg.
- Tierneg is older by a few minutes, although the authenticity of that information is up for debate.
Helene never really got along with her mother who was essentially a tyrant, both to her family and her realm.
- she was an extreme blood supremacist and hated the muggle population of magical Brittany to the point where she forced them out.
- her father just kind of went along with it out of love for his wife, their family was hated throughout the entire wizarding world.
very little warmth in the family, the twins took care of themselves until their younger siblings were born and they were forced into a parental role to them - especially Helene who became extremely protective over her younger siblings.
- had her first clairvoyant vision during the gala which celebrated her brother's birth - the wedding of Queen Thuria I to Prince Likael in 1903

Requiring little to no effort, gifted witches and wizards are able to see glimpses of any object or person's past, given they are in direct contact with the thing or person in question.
