Frenchie had been at Hogwarts for months now and she would have liked to say she had made progress in her mission but she hesitated in saying that. She knew some people would argue the six months isn't a long time and she does guess that the older you get, the quicker time seems to pass. But as a fifteen year old-six months is a lifetime and she's becoming impatient. At least she had the schedules of each professor mapped out to perfection now. She knew which one's where it was easy to sneak past and into the forest at night, and which one's she shouldn't even bother trying. The unfortunate escapades of other students meant that some were a bit more on edge and which were really becoming a thorn in Frenchie's side. But things were going okay. She was covering ground. She could find that stone. She could do it. That day she was travelling back to Hogwarts, she'd spent the morning in the small little house she was renting out. It had become a safe escape, where she could study in peace. Nothing seemed amiss if anyone walked in. At face value, of course. If they looked deeper, they might find books on dark magic, particularly focussed on necromancy. She was sure she would find that stone but...there were other routes if she didn't. She was walking back, decked out in designer clothes, and was rifling through her bag, not quite looking at where she was going. Her time was delicate. Always a delicate balancing game. Making sure she had the public front, schoolwork, and then her other focusses. She knew, if she was caught, that she'd be in deep sh-t. Expulsion was probably on the table, maybe even trouble with the law. But that was if she was caught.

Sure transferring to Hogwarts mid-term was difficult enough, but transferring to Hogwarts mid-term with no proper wizarding school history prior was an absolute nightmare. Having only ever been homeschooled before, Wyatt found the adjustment to be rather difficult. Lucky enough for him, rather than being placed in a dorm with random boys he'd struggle to find something in common with, he got to live off the grounds close enough to Hogwarts he could walk everyday. Sure living with his dad he'd never met was rough as well, but at least he had Hiro. As long as he was with Hiro everything would be okay, and he was even starting to get used to the requirements of being a dad. He still had not a clue in the world for the most part, but he was learning thanks to a friend he'd met. Taking Hiro on a walk was a way he could calm himself down from the troubles and hassle of school. As dumb as it may sound, Wyatt was scared to put Hiro in a stroller and felt more comfortable carrying him everywhere, even if it wasn't the wisest choice. Carrying Hiro in his arms, Wyatt would stop at some more brightly coloured window displays here or there and lift Hiro up from a cradled position to look. Pointing and smiling with his son.

It didn't take long for Frenchie to come across Wyatt and a baby. She recognised him-he was also a new student and how school's loved pointing out the new students to each other. She didn't write Hiro off as Wyatt's own kid, nephew or brother or something. Babysitting. "Wyatt, hey," she said as she walked past him, pausing. She wanted to come off as that friendly, unassuming, student. Keeping to herself would just raise questions. She was going to assume Wyatt also recognised her, at least by face. "Who's this little guy?" She asked curiously, staring down at Hiro. She didn't have any interactions with kids growing up, so she quite frankly has no idea how to greet this kid. As long as he doesn't start wailing, she supposes, then things will go swell. "Your brother?" The thought hit her that Wyatt might not have wanted a peer to interrupt them and her eyes slid up to try read his reaction and assess whether she's intruding.
