Felton has a mess of books on his bed. It's been a while since Billie had the opportunity to get a study session in with him, so he was trying to make do on his own. It was futile, though. He was horrible at memorizing what he needed to know for History and he was struggling to keep his Herbology plant - which was right next to the window beside his bed - alive. He was a mess this semester, but at least his coping mechanisms were a little better. He's looking at his wins and appreciating them as they come, okay?

He's had a pretty boring day - as they go. Recently he's been feeling a little low, so he's been keeping to himself and it gets kinda repetitive after a while. Felton's pretty nice though, he's never had an issue with him, so he smiles warmly as he comes in and falls face-first onto his own bed. "Hi." He manages, the sound muffled from the bedding.

Felton glances at the doorway when he hears Bjorn's approaching footsteps and returns the smile politely. "Hey, mate," he nods. He wants to go back to his work, but ever since his whole mess last year, he's been a lot more careful when people seem dejected - especially when it sort of seems like it's becoming more and more common. "Are you okay?"

He turns around so he's lying on his back - looking up at the ceiling of the four-poster bed. "Um. I think so." He doesn't want to go into how he's feeling about Morgan and the Parade, or how scared he is. "Just...." He starts, "...feeling very small, recently." He says wistfully. "But it's alright." He sits up on his bed, noticing all of Felton's work everywhere. "Are you alright? It looks like you've massacred a bunch of library books." He says with a lighthearted smile.

"No. Do I look like a madman? 'Cause I really feel like one right now," Felton cracks a grin in return, relieved to see Bjorn smiling. "Do you want to talk about it?" he asks, "Not that feeling small isn't okay. Sometimes it's better than being the big guy." He isn't the best at making deep statements, but he tries his best. "That... doesn't make a lot of sense, does it? My bad."

He chuckles. Felton's always been good at lightening the mood. "I'm okay, I think. I appreciate the offer, though." He says as he gets out of his bed and walks over to Felton's, leaning on the post. "You don't look like a madman. No more than usual." He jokes, his tone playful. "What are you working on right now?"

"Am I supposed to be working on just one thing? Because that'd be cool," he jokes a she gestures at the mess around him. "Bit of everything. I need to write my Herbology essay, but I'm going to get a bad mark since my plant is... half-dead right now. I need to prepare for the History exam next week. I have to practice for the Charms practical examination this Friday. I'm dying without actually dying," he complains, "Admittedly I could have avoided this if I did my work as soon as it was assigned, but that's never gonna happen."

He chuckles, picking up the plant from the window and moving it to Felton's bedside table, "This little guy needs to be out of direct sunlight, for starters." He says, as he casts an aguamenti on the plant, giving it some much-needed water. "I can help you if you'd like. I have some dragon dung fertiliser for your plant, I've been revising for history of magic too, and we can practice the charms together? It might take some time, but I'm confident we can get through it together." He offers. Helping Felton not only feels like a nice thing to do, but provides him a sense of normalcy that he doesn't get with the others in the parade. "Whaddaya say?"

Felton's cheeks go crimson when he realizes he hadn't kept Jeffrey properly exposed to the sunlight or given the necessary amount of water. See, that's what gets him - how does he know enough is enough? Or not enough? It's so complicated. "Yes, please. I feel like I'm drowning and I need all the help I can get. I had a tutor, but she's been really busy lately and I haven't wanted to bother her too much." Felton's face lights up when it settles on him that this is what having a friend is probably like. He can tell, obviously, between Bex and Agatha, but it's different when it's a guy. All his experiences with guys - past his dad and Uncle Zack - involve wedgies most the time, so this is a nice change of pace. "You're absolutely amazing. Has anyone told you that? Because you are."

He ruffles the back of his head. Sure, Morgan's told him he's amazing, but Bjorn's (irrationally) always felt like he did that out of politeness or niceness. "Thanks, Felton." He says, leaning back against the post. "What do you want to start with?" He asks, his smile widening.
