Jared William Ryder was born on 23 July, 1996 in England, as the only child of William and Jenna Ryder, who were both half-blood aurors. At the age of three, Jared lost both of his parents as they died when fighting against dark wizards. That's when he moved to live with his uncle and aunt, Carl and Camille Ryder, and his cousins. Carl and Clara treated as if was their own, often telling him stories about how his parents bravely fought against the dark wizards to make the world a better place. Though Jared may feel upset from time to time, he had a decent childhood, under the care of his uncle's family, having fun with his cousins most of the time. When he was 11, he got admitted to Hogwarts and was sorted to Hufflepuff like his parents were. He managed to have a normal, enjoyable school and social life, graduated with decent O.W.L.s and N.E.W.T.s results, without making any big troubles. Aspiring to be an auror, he decided to travel around the world (both Muggle and magical) for a year and a half to gain more experience like his parents did, occasionally taking part-time jobs to make a living, before returning back to the UK to apply for it. Jared is now a Support Auror, working at the British Auror Office.He
Personality and Traits []
Jared is generally friendly, considerate, loyal, humorous and easy to be with. He's also quick-witted and flexible to changes. However, he may get stubborn at times, often believing that what he says and does is right. Not afraid of standing up against bullies for not only himself but also the others, he's righteous and brave, despising anything that's evil or unjust. He's also arrogant at times, though not to the extent that may annoy you. He's decisive and acts quick - patience is never his strong suit. He looks happy most of the time. Even if he's not, it's not quite possible for the others know unless you had known him for more than a decade as he's good at hiding his emotions - he can stay (or look) calm even when he's in danger.

- Jared means ruling, while Ryder means knight or mounted warrior. His middle name William means determined and protection.
- His father's journal was one of the possessions that he treasures the most. His uncle gave Jared when he was six. It's where he learns more about his parents.
- Other than English, he's also proficient in Italian, because his aunt, Clara, is an Italian English. He's also quite fluent in French, as he had stayed in France for almost half a year during his travel. He's currently studying German, though not very good at it yet.
