Lupin Boulevard

After the precinct was broken down after the fall of the Fitzgerald ministry, Tanilon Inc., who had already been working within the Precinct in attempt to improve life inside, resurrected a street to remember all those who had suffered under and fought against Alistair Fitzgerald. However, it was extended to remember all those who had been lost over the past century. In essence, it is a street dedicated to those heavily discriminated against by society. It is an open street where no vehicles are allowed and at the very end is a fountain surrounded by trees. There are statues and plaques decorating the open space too commemorate those we lost. It was intended that it be an open space to contrast the prison that it once use to be. Feel free to loiter, run through the water during the summer, or stop at one of the small cafes tucked down the sides of the street.

After going shopping in Lincliff City, she was waiting at the fountain for her older sister, who was supposed to take her back home. One thing she hated about being a teenager was limited transportation. So she waited, sitting on the edge of the fountain with shopping bags at her feet. Staring at her phone, she scrolled through Witchagram, which she had without her parents' permission.

Sarai's just finished picking up her school things for the year (Lincliff has the best second-hand shops, and she wants to save money to buy Samael as much new as she can) and is sitting only a few feet away from Frañseza, watching people go by as she tries to mental prepare herself to go home for the rest of the summer. Maybe she'll stop by the backpackers' hostel after she floos back to London and drop her things off with her brother. Yes, they'd probably be safer that way.

Frañseza let out a small groan and frowned as she received a text from her father asking her where they are. If not for the fact that she thought she was the favorite, she would wonder why he chose to contact the youngest sibling with the least amount of control over the situation. She responded, then turned off her phone and felt the urge to let it slip into the water behind her. Phones were so stupid. Looking around her to distract herself, her eyes fall on Sarai, who is arguably ridiculously pretty. She couldn't help but say something. "Hello, I'm Frañseza," she said with only the smallest of smiles, but her tone was polite. "Are you waiting for someone too?"

She's a little taken aback by both the jumpy nature of the other girl and her being okay with just sitting her alone with no one coming. Personally, Frañseza can't sit with herself for very long. "Oh, yes, my sister is out at the shops. She was supposed to be back about 15 minutes ago," she said, checking the time on her phone before slipping it back into her purse. "I'm not worried though. This always happens." She often contemplated if she should just take that into account when doing her own shopping, but she also didn't like being late.

Sarai lets the pause last just a little longer than it should, running through all the things she could or should say, before she settles on an answer she thinks isn't too embarrassing. "I'm sure she'll be back soon," she says - privately she thinks it sounds a little annoying, because neither of her brothers would keep her waiting, but what if the other girl was to take offense to that observation? Sarai already feels out of her depth. "Were you shopping, too?" she adds.

Frañseza laughed before smiling and raising an eyebrow. Looking back at her things surrounding her feet, she had a feeling Sarai was an anxious person who liked blurting things out. Maybe that was too harsh of a critique especially after knowing her for barely two minutes, but she thought laughing was even more rude. "My apologies. Just...yes," she said. "Are you getting new school supplies? I found this beautiful cauldron earlier. I had to buy it." Sometimes she lost track of her own privilege.

"I was tutored from a very young age. Going to Beauxbatons and being in a large classroom of people just didn't suit me, so I went back to private tutoring." She said with a nonchalant shrug. It meant almost nothing to her that her family was able to do something like that. "But due to issues with family, we're here now and I have to try to go to Hogwarts. Her eyes lit up. She wouldn't have any of her siblings at Hogwarts (they were too old), so she was anxious to be going into that situation alone. The idea of having a friend to help her out was obviously reassuring. "No, I would really appreciate that! That would be amazing." Sarai was too sweet, Frañseza had decided. "And I'm sure you'll be great. Besides, you're the only person who has offered so far." Well, she also hadn't talked to very many people from Hogwarts other than cousins and she didn't like asking them for things.

Normally, he would stick to hanging out in the area's he remembered, but he had to stick to the promise he had made to someone. That was to see and try new things. Now this place was something new, something that hadn't been there the last time he had visited and it was a nice change although it kind of made him feel nostalgic especially with how things had progressed due to technology. He decided to stop thinking about what it used to be and instead to turned his attention to the beauty that was around him. It was a nice memorial he guessed as he turned into one of the cafes that dotted the street, wanting to get a coffee and maybe a muffin.

Hunter was coming out of the cafe on one of his few days off. His mind was elsewhere and wasn't entirely paying attention to where he was going, so he bumped into Oisin and spilled his coffee all over the dhampir. "Sh*t, I'm sorry my man. I wasn't paying attention," he said drawing his wand from his wrist holster, which he kept hidden underneath his sleeve. He quickly cast the scouring charm to clean the man's shirt before returning his wand back to his holster

His words were completely genuine, the smile pulling across his tiers was proof of that. "Let me buy you a new drink."
