Madam Puddifoot's Tea Shop is a small establishment located on a side road off the High Street in Hogsmeade. It is owned by Madam Puddifoot. The decorations are very tacky and frilly. A bell over the door announces customers with a "tuneful tinkle"; the round tables are arrayed with lacy napkins and china sugar bowls.
A menu can be found here were it describes all of what is on offer at the tea shop.

He walks into the tea shop early in the morning with a large yawn as he goes up to the counter and orders some nice strong tea. He is wearing a simple blue and grey t-shirt and some blue stripped shorts. He sits down at a table near the window of the shop and sips his tea while thinking of his memories from school and the work he has for the day

Cecylia wandered into the tea shop, rubbing her eyes. It was the only time in the morning where there weren't many people around, and so she decided to sit down next to the window as usual. However, there was already someone there and she then joined him. "Greetings."
He is brought back to reality from the realm of his thoughts by the quiet, sleepy, and soft voice that he heard and looks up to see a girl sitting across from him. Recognizing her as someone who seems to be well versed in a more refined way of speaking he nods his head "Greetings fair lady fine morning it is" he says

"Indeed so. However, it's fairly early for someone to be here. Normally, people tend to sleep in whenever they can, and yet you did not. I am wondering as to why you are not."
"Quite an early riser myself." He says softly "Like to quickly get my work done so I can relax later in the evening kind of like I did in school" he says while slowly looking her over determining she is likely a student at Hogwarts "What brings you hear this early fair maiden?" he asks as he takes out his wand and makes the tea levitate before drinking it

"I come so that I'm not disturbed my anyone as no one is normally here at this time of the morning. And fair maiden? Really?"
Coraline found herself desiring a good cup of tea, and Madam Puddifoot's seemed to be the right place for it, and if it wasn't, she would be incredibly disappointed, for she wasn't in the right state to get anything less than satisfactory tea and food-wise. She'd enter the tea shop, looking around for a moment or two, before finding a table, which had a newspaper on it from a customer who was sitting before her (so she assumed). She immediately picked it up to read it, slightly curious as to what would be its contents.
Coraline jumped somewhat, slightly shocked and slightly scared, an even mix of all of it, and nearly moved back to get out of the seat, but somehow she could barely move other than neatly folding up the paper and sliding it towards the other girl. "Um, no? I'm sorry, I didn't think anybody had been sitting here. If I had, I wouldn't have sat down..."
Coraline smiled, just faintly, although she was still a bit mixed up with her emotions, "Um, I wouldn't mind some, I suppose," she said, pushing her hair back behind her ears, before picking up the paper and flipping it back open to the page she'd been on, "Thanks..."
"Thanks, again," she said, quieter this time, before raising the cup to her lips and taking a small sip, "Oh, and I'm Coraline, by the way," she said, returning the introduction, "Um, it's nice to meet you," she felt that was something she had to say, rather than something she was actually quite confident in at this point.
"Yeah, I suppose so, I guess I don't find it that interesting, since I was born with it and all..." she said, biting the inside of her cheek before sipping at the tea again.
"No, but I guess I wouldn't mind one...I remember this boy called me Cora, but I only let him so I didn't annoy him, I didn't like him much..." she said, shaking her head some, not mentioning that she also had another nickname, for since it was only for him to use, it didn't seem worth mentioning.
"Well, he didn't seem like the type you want to piss off, and it's not like I planned on talking to him much, so a bit of Hey, Cora's didn't quite hurt," she said, with a shrug, "And, I didn't end up talking to him, so..."
Coraline had just nodded, although she had laughed a bit at the grandmother parent, before quickly raising an eyebrow, "Why's that? Well, if you don't mind me asking of course..?"
Coraline nodded, again, not really getting what was the deal with her father, but since she knew how some people were and what possibilities it could be, she didn't say anything at all, just taking a sip of the tea and looking off to the side.
Coraline shrugged, "No, I think you're good, I think you're perfectly fine, I just didn't want to say the wrong thing, I guess," she said, giving the other girl a small smile, before taking another sip of tea.
"I really don't mind talking to you. I don't talk to many people, I really only talk to a couple, so I guess I'm not used to having to carry conversations through and such?" she shrugged, not sure if that made sense.
Coraline smiled, kinda liking this girl, "Sometimes, I ramble, when I get really comfortable with a person, I kind of have a habit of it..." she said, giving a small laugh, "So, I can't be rude to you about your rambling, it just seems perfectly normal and okay to me."
"Of course, I don't know why it would be anything but," she said, smiling as she tried to keep all emotions in order, "Plus, I can understand you just fine, I don't get how anybody wouldn't for that also..."
Coraline nodded, although she found it a bit sad, and it kind of reminded her of every guy she'd ever had a conversation with, other than Teddy and Preston, and the latter was down the drain now, "Yeah, I guess I kind of have had...several situations like that."
"It seemed like it. It might not have been," she said, sighing, before finishing up her tea, "For some, things ended bad, but it's like they just vanished, versus trying to fix things like anybody else would, not like it gets to me anymore, but it used to be a bit annoying..."

She was slightly in shock afterwards but quickly snapped out of it, she was prepared to shout at him before she saw the change in his expression, instead she shrugged "Hey it's alright, it's not that big of a deal. You didn't actually which shows you're not the same as you were when you went to that dance"
He shakes his head vigorously, hastily stuffing his scrolls into a satchel and getting up. His eyes only become more remorseful and the slightest glint of suffering can be seen on them as he leaves a few coins on the table and begins to head out, only commenting, looking extremely flustered and confused: "I-I..I've done too much, I can't..." Unable to speak or think, he backs up against a wall and slumps to the ground, head hung low and cradled in his arms.

She frowned at his reaction, when he slumped to the ground she made her way across to him crouching in front of him, far enough away that she wasn't invading his space "Hey Leon. It's alright" She stated slightly worried "You need to take a deep breath ok?" She probably sounded really condescending but right now she didn't care
A small piece of paper flutters to the ground beside him. It is an old, worn photograph of a girl, second year by the looks of it. The picture has quite clearly been ripped such that it only shows her and a younger version of himself. She appears smiling in it and in the picture he looks at her, unknown to her, and smiles.

She glanced at the paper as it fell automatically. When she realized what it was their earlier conversation came into her head "Is this her?" She asked nodding towards the picture trying to distract him "The girl that you were talking about?"
He looks sidways at it, his face appearing older, etched with more cares and worries than one would expect from one of his age. He only half-heartedly murmurs, "What does it matter...she hates me now, even though I didn't do anything..."

She sighed "I get that. But you can't let her rule your life. If it has to be her then it has to be her. But loving someone isn't the only thing there is in life"
He sighs, knowing full well that she is right, but continues: "It's all I've ever known Ava. Trying to do well in class, trying to find a job...it's all been for her. Otherwise...I don't really have anything else, let alone anyone else. I've cut off most of my ties long ago. I wouldn't even know where to restart if I wanted to."

"You've done it already without even realizing" She pointed out "But if you're set on her then the best thing to do is forget about her just now. Concentrate on one thing at a time. Get a job first, you'll know you're doing it for her but it wont only be for her"
He pauses briefly before giving a weak smile, as if realizing he had finally made an acquaintance. It felt like so long since he last had someone to talk to and it was...a welcome feeling: "I'm sorry for bothering you like this and about the whole..." *He gestures towards the lips with two of his fingers. "You reminded me of her a lot in some ways, and I forgot who I was talking to."

She had to laugh at his sudden enthusiasm "Sounds like a plan" She agreed rising quickly back to her feet "I'll let you get on with your job search then"
He turns to open the door to the shop but pauses, turning his head around: "And will I be seeing mademoiselle Beater again?"

He chuckles before quoting a bit of Shakespeare almost lyrically as he left the shop: "What light through yonder window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun!"
