Magus Diaetam
At the end of a little street of shops in Diagon Alley stands a simple brick building called Magus Diaetam. It's an apartment building, three stories tall. The flats are nothing fancy, but they're good, clean, sturdily built homes. The building is owned by the Prince Family.
Like most magical housing, the interiors of most Magus Diaetam apartments is bigger than the exterior, making it fairly easy to change. However, long ago they figured out how to prevent the current tenants from changing the number of rooms, by locking the expansion spell.
- One bedroom apartment: 25 Galleons per month
- Two bedroom apartment: 30 Galleons per month
- Three bedroom apartment: 35 Galleons per month

Pets are allowed, so long as they are quiet and aren't destructive. Dueling outside of your designated apartment is strictly forbidden. Rent is paid on the first week of each month.
