Oliver was the first child born to Louie and Elizabeth Lancaster in London, England. The muggle-born wizarding family was one of love and support and when Oliver was born he was immediately doted on and coddled. A lot of people said that his parents were smothering him, but little Oliver didn't mind.
His home was quiet, despite living in the bustling city. His parents made a humble living and they had a small but nice apartment at the edge of the city. Oliver really liked his life, it was simple and happy and he couldn't have been more of an optimistic little boy.
Thought things got shifted a little when his younger sisters was born, they were considered miracle twins by everyone because 8 months into the pregnancy his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and so she was forced to give birth to the babies as to not risk their life. The babies were born healthy and welcomed with open arms.
Oliver had a hard time adjusting to life with his little siblings as he was used to being the center of attention, and for a few months he wouldn't even touch his little siblings. It wasn't until his little sisters could crawl and actually interact with Oliver that he started to warm up to them and by the time they were a year old he loved them.
Oliver's first signs of magic appeared when he was playing with his little sister, Callie, and she had gotten hurt. Oliver didn't know what to do and he panicked, calling for his parents who were too far away to hear them from the backyard. Oliver ended up healing his little sister without realizing it, and only later did his parents find out what happened.
It's safe to say that his parents were thrilled to learn that their son wasn't a squib, but at the same time that meant they'd have to send their first child off to school. And so when the time came, it took his parents a lot to let him go off to Hogwarts for the school year.
Oliver on the other hand absolutely adored Hogwarts and all it had to offer, he blossomed in the atmosphere in school and grew into quite the person while he was there. Having the two friends that he did helped him along as well, and everything was going good until he started to discover boys.
He always knew that he didn't like girls, there was just something off about them that Oliver didn't like and he could never put his finger on it. Boys on the other hand were amazing, and Oliver liked them a lot. He was 15 when he started realizing his sexuality and coming to terms that he was homosexual instead of straight and coming to the realization that he had to tell his parents.
Oliver had a fling with an exchange student during his 5th year, going pretty far with the boy despite the two knowing it was just for fun. But this helped Oliver come to terms with his sexuality and for it to solidify within him that he was indeed gay and liked boys.
During the summer before his 6th year, Oliver had the hardest talk in his life with his parents about his sexuality. Coming out was more than difficult for him, and his parents were somewhat accepting. His mother was all for it, but his dad wasn't that ecstatic. He was still supportive of his son, but Oliver knew that his dad wasn't that proud.
It really hurt Oliver but he did his best to let it go, there was nothing he could do to change his dad and he had to live his life. His last two years at Hogwarts were hard as he was growing into an adult, but he pushed through with the help of his friends. After graduation, Oliver moved into the main part of London to be closer to work.
Oliver works as a photographer throughout London and England. He's very content with his life, despite the quarrels he has with his father every now and then.
Oliver ended up meeting Andre at Hyde Park while taking photos for inspiration. The two had ended up talking and getting to know each other, leading to going out on a lunch date and Andre offering to be Oliver's model. After some time the two ended up in a relationship.
Andre unfortunately called off their engagement and relationship, ending it and breaking Oliver's heart in the process. Despite the horrible breakup and what he went through, it was a much needed course correction.
After finding out that his husband cheated on him, Oliver has taken a vow to not date again because of the heartbreak relationships has caused him. He is focusing on his career and raising his children.
