She goes dead still at the knock, getting a deer-in-the-headlights look about her but relaxes at the sound of Seph's voice. Laverne and Lisette would just worry (Adelaide, at least, she's pretty sure couldn't care less) and seeing her mother or aunt would probably lead to her getting into a conversation she didn't want to be in. Crossing the room and opening the door, she musters a smile. It's weak, shaky, and not like her at all, but it's there. "Hey, Seph."
