The Schmidt Home
- A house that once belonged to Schmidt matriarch & patriarch Emily and Derrick Schmidt, as well as their eight children (Edmund, Boyce, Blake, Sadie, Aeron, Arthur, Lena and Ansel Schmidt), is now in the hands of their second youngest - Sadie. Though Aeron lives with them as well, it's more commonly known as the home of the new generation of Schmidts - the legacies. The house continues to be far from the closest town, allowing them to have a quidditch pitch. The house is located in front of their own private beach, where the family spends their time when not in Hogwarts (the kids) nor playing Quidditch (all of them).
