Snake's Burrow/Serpent Headquarters/Gymnasium

The Gymnasium Underground Network

The gymnasium includes a track that rings the perimeter of the gym, treadmills, ellipticals, weight benches, dumbbells, punching bags, and pull-up bars. Mats are stacked in the back corner, and a door in the back leads to a small dojo. The lockerooms are located just before the entrance and include clean towels and showers.

Isabella came out of literally no where and launched her body at the larger male, hoping her sure force and momentum would assist her in taking him down. Meanuvering so that she could lightly pummel the boy with her fists, Bella created not-so realistic punching sounds eith her mouth before falling into a fit of drunken giggles at how silly she was being.

I much more enjoy drawing it out," she replied with realization. "I've come to discover a sadistic side that I buried along with my identity. Harleykinz is just helping me tap into it. Plus, he deserves it for kidnapping me." It would be like Bella to be petty enough to kidnap her captor in a cruel twist of fate.

Bella couldn't help but snicker at his admission because she too had gone through it but at a much younger age. With the addition of the fire that killed her brother when they were young and the redhead she massacred and continued to portray for years was enough to emotionally numb her. "My hatchling is becoming a master serpent," she commented endearingly.

It was interesting, reflecting back on everything that happened. "Never watched 'em because Hale was a dickhead," she replied with a casual shrug. "That's what we metaphorically are. Serpents are clever," she said. "Unlike the other organizations, we have periods of no visible activity. It makes it extremely hard for both the aurors and our rivals to pinpoint us." She removed her flask from beneath her leather jacket and took a swig - not like she needed it as she was already half in the bag. "You used to hate this gang. Has your thoughts changed?" she inquired before holding out the flask.

"Rum," she stated without hesitation and held it out to Xavier in case he wanted a swig, smirking slightly at his curiosity. Maybe he assumed it was polyjuice? That part of her life was history. "I'm looking to entirely restart the Serpents anyway, since most of the members are gone and Blackstone, Max and Wren are essentially doing their own things outside of the gang. At this point they're more honorary members. If you're interested, I'd like for you to help me bring activity to our gang. My righthand man, if you will."

"Even though rum isn't her drink of choice, I've come to learn that I'm more like my mother with each passing day." She finally got up and snagged a few throwing knives from the weapon rack. In a split second, she launched them with lethal precision until a thud on the opposite side of the gym echoed from the large blue mats. The impact was enough to keep the knite tethered in place, her own hand shaking to release tension. "So you'll help me restart the gang?"

Isabella turned around and launched one from behind, well over her shoulder until the same sickening thus rang out. This was definitely not the proper place to train with weapons but who was going to stop her? She owned the place. "Things will be more intense this time around. More illegal. More dangerous," she said as she crossed the gym to rip the knives from the blue mat, "are you entirely sure you are up for that? Last time we were quiet tame and I don't want to get you stuck in a situation you can't get out of like your recruitment." That had been ages ago but she still felt a pang of empathy for the boy's unusual situation with the Serpents.

"I'll be fine.I'm not a scrawny fifteen-year-old in an over-sized leather jacket anymore," he said. He began crossing the chasm of mats below him on the unstable beams that connected to another platform. To be completely honest, he was beginning to get tired of being babied. He understood why and he knew they had good reason to but he was more than capable of taking care of himself.

"I know you aren't," she said before looking the male up and down definitively, her brow quirking. "Certainly don't look it either," she said and yanked the second knife out, her curls bouncing against the small of her back. "But if you wind up in jail, I don't want to be the subject of blame. I just want you to be one hundred percent aware that as my second hand, shit will most certainly hit the fan. We're going to uproot this community worse than these pathetic killers and last twice as fucking long," she said with a laugh and took another swig from her flask as she moved toward where he was lithely swinging on the bars. "If I didn't have faith in you than I wouldn't have asked you," she mused with a playful wink despite the geniune statement.

"Well, I guess today. Once I sober up, I have a few places I can check for recruits. If you have any suggestions of people you'd think would help than do let me know." She started to toss her knives up and down, which in theory looked dangerous if you didn't know what you were doing. "In the meantime, I scheduled a few meetings today with shops around the Wizarding Quarter to claim as new territory. I've seemed to strike up deals that each offers us a percent of their weekly income in favor of some occassional security and the fact that I won't burn it down to the foundation." She knew threatening the stores in submission was corrupt but it attained her new goal of expanding territory.

Isabella personally hated the ministry but it could pay to have connections on the inside so she nodded and aimed her knife. Launcing it from her grasp with a flick of the wrist, the tip of the blade embedded into the blue mat on the other side once again. "Once we figure that out, I'll see about gaining new recruits. Ever since I took out the heads of the local theives guild, a lot of their previous members fled from the profession but are still floating around aimlessly. They could be beneficial as well."

"Blackstone got a job as a professor at Hogwarts," she said with a hint of disgust before continuing, "he could be our in."
