St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries opened up a clinic and ward in Lincliff City shortly after its grand unveiling due to the quickly increasing population there. The emblem of St. Mungo's is a wand crossed with a bone, and sits right above the entrance doorway. People are free to walk in for a check up in the main building, and right next to it lives the chronically ill and terminal patients, allowing the main hospital to care more specifically for emergency patients. It's most commonly home to ill children, seeing as they have a floo connecting solely to Hogwarts to facilitate transportation to and from the castle during the school year. There is also a Floo network system to the main hospital, to facilitate more care if necessary.
Hailie walked into the room, placing a nondescript black briefcase onto the ground. She'd already taken the polyjuice potion before she came and was now identical to another healer, one she believed was familiar with the sleeping girl. Ramona had been on her mind for a while now. She was never going to have much of a life being allergic to the sun and...well, maybe Hailie could find out more about it. Plus, she needed to start soon and she was putting it off. A ten year old with little to no family and a miserable future would hardly be missed. Plus, she was an interesting candidate. Ramona would do fine. First thing first, she pulled out her wand to put up silencing charms to ensure no one outside would hear before pointing her wand at the sleeping girl, declaring "Incarcerous."
Thick ropes erupted from the tip of Hailie's wand and wrapped around Ramona with the intention of chaining Ramona to her bed. Considering Hailie had not tried to muffle her incarnation, there was a possibility Ramona could wake up and attempt to try and escape. Though, the most Ramona could do in the short amount of time would potentially loosen the ropes tightening around her limbs. The ropes avoided the chest area and had targeted her legs and wrists.

Ramona's eyelids don't flutter open until she feels the ropes binding against her. With it being in the middle of the night and her brain all muddy-feeling, she can't take into consideration what's going on. "Wha-What?" she mumbles when seeing a healer she knew quite well.
With the ropes securing her patient, Hailie slid the briefcase onto the closest flat surface, which ended up being a small side table, clicking it open. Inside, was surgical tools, all neatly organised, ensuring each tool is easily accessible. "Don't panic, it will only make things worse," she pointed out, though she found the new voice rather strange to her ears, not use to it. Naturally, she made sure she had transformed into another woman. It was easier to play off someone of her own gender than the opposite. "Of course, your blood pressure and heart rate will increase anyway, risks a stroke but...lets hope for the best, shall we?" She said with a small grin as she took out a small knife. "Oh and...don't move, my hand might just slip. And you don't want that."

"What are you doing?!" she yells while trying to sit up, ultimately failing with the ropes. Without being able to move, Ramona does the only she can and starts to scream as loud as her voice can go.
There was a reason that Hailie had silenced the room–she wasn't averse to hearing Ramona scream. Hailie wanted to hear her. Undermined the experience if Ramona was silent, didn't it? Hailie needed to know where it hurt. Of course, nothing that Ramona was doing now was going to come close to what they were going to be. Amazing how far the human body could be pushed under pressure. She leant over, bending over Ramona, to try and cut Ramona's shirt open. "Better for you honestly," she said, sliding the blade across Ramona's skin, not hard enough to break the skin, "not much of a life you have in front of you, do you? Plus, you'd help people in the future. Who knows, maybe I'll find a cure."

She stops screaming when she realizes no one's coming. The healer probably put some charm so no one could hear anything. She stays silent while listening to the woman's words, trying to hold back any tears. "Please don't kill me." The words come out in a whisper and can barely be heard.
"That's up to you, sweetheart, I can only do so much. Now, of course, I would give you something along the lines of anaesthetic but I'm trying to be incognito and not start taking stuff that might be tracked to me. Can't be too safe, you know? Of course you know, you understand completely," she said rather dismissively pausing, her lips pulling into a smile, "you know...I kind of want to know more about your condition. I've done some reading, obviously, but I've never really seen it firsthand. Of course, we can't do natural light. It's like two am right now. So...lets see what this does, shall we? If you don't react to this then we can just skip over it, pretend it didn't happen." With her free hand, Hailie pulled out her wand, pointing it at Ramona's stomach, muttering "Lumos Solem."
Bright light shot out of Hailie's wand, hitting Ramona directly on the stomach. The spell could be akin to sunlight, potentially causing a reaction from Ramona.

Ramona knew even before the spell was hit that hives would soon form on her body, mostly in the stomach area where she was hit. It didn't take long for it to itch and sting. Due to being so careful, Ramona hadn't gotten hive from the sun in quite a long time.
"Hey, look at that, it worked," she said with a grin as she watched Ramona's skin turn red, her wand trailing across the skin as the spell flickered out. "It's funny seeing how badly your body works against you like this, doesn't it?" With that, she placed the wand onto the table, not needing it anymore. "Now...lets see what's happening under the skin, shall we?" The knife hovered over Ramona, hovering over the girl for a moment, as if she was reconsidering, but it was too late to stop, wasn't it? No, she still could. Not like Ramona knew who Hailie was in reality. No. Hailie couldn't back out of it now. With that thought, Hailie pressed the knife down at the base of Ramona's collarbone.
The knife easily cut Ramona's skin, if she didn't move Hailie would create a cut down Ramona's chest, however if she struggled, the knife could potentially go deeper than intended as well as the cut becoming sloppy.

Ramona has been in terrible pain many times in her life. Hell, she was just put in terrible pain by being exposed to light similar to the Sun. Yet, the pain of being cut open was nothing she could imagine. She had to bite her lip to stop from screaming and stay still, tears starting to fall out her eyes as well. She refused to shift, knowing any slight movement would make it worse. "Please... Please stop."
"Too late now," she pointed out, stopping just above Ramona's belly button. "Of course, photosensitivity is a skin issue. I doubt I'll find anything inside but still...worth a shot, isn't it?" Hailie didn't know how long Ramona was going to last, she was holding out quite well for a ten year old though. "You know, a child's organ is highly valued on the market, not that I'm into organ harvesting, bit of a waste in my opinion." She snapped on some rubber gloves, before her hands slipped into the cut, trying to push it open gently. "Now lets have a look, shall we?"

She cried more and more as the blade went into her body. And, without even her knowing why, she started to scream again as loud as she possibly could. A final call for help? Trying to scare the psycho healer off her? Or even maybe just to distract herself from the pain she felt. Though, no matter the reason, she screamed as loud as her small voice could without even a sign of ever stopping.
The screaming of Ramona cause Hailie's hands to slip, causing the wound to be torn deeper and wider. Ramona's bones and muscle were open for the world to see. If Hailie pushed deeper, it would reveal the organs inside.

The screaming was a definite distraction now with the pain from the knife going in deeper. Though, with every second passing, it would become weaker and quieter until it finally came to a stop... Around the same time Ramona's heartbeat and breath would stop, too.

Ramona was currently bored. She had tried to talk to some nurses, maybe get some hospital gossip or whatever, but they only made her leave. After no hope of doing anything better, she decided to take on some reading in her room, but her eyes just kept rereading the first sentence over and over again.
Cade was too lazy to walk, plus he wasn't feeling well enough. Nonetheless, he didn't wanna be cooped up in his room, hence why he took a hold of his wheels and started rolling down the hall, until he ended up right in front of Mona's room. "Hello," he says, quietly, smiling.

When her eyes land on Cade, a big smile grows on her face. "Cade!" She bounced off her bed to walk over to him. She was craving for social interaction now, so she's glad he showed up. "How are you?"

He gives her a kind smile, "Ah, now you know, if you don't take them, I get fired." He says breezily. "Right, so here's some pepperup potion for the sniffles." He says, passing her a shot glass with the right amount poured in it. "And here are your regulars." He says. He leans against his cart, and gestures at the book. "Whatcha reading?"

He sits down opposite her, "The taste isn't great, but I think that's kinda the point" He grins, "I like Lord of the Rings. I don't love the poems every three pages but to each their own. What's up, Annie Lennox?"

Healers are trained not to panic, and so he keeps his expression plain, "If you've got a fever, I'd be concerned as to how it went unreported in the hospital, since we do rotations, but not too worried since we can fix fevers far easier than muggles." He explains, "And you'd have to be clearer about 'feeling off', I'm a healer, not a seer, my darling." He says kindly.
-"You conjured beauty from the things left behind, found healing where it did not live." Message Me – Find Me
He's a bit concerned that she's not responding but instead pours her another pepperup potion. "Okay, have another. There's no reason why it shouldn't clear your throat."
OOC: If it doesn't work I assume there's a reason? bc this should fix it really!
-"You conjured beauty from the things left behind, found healing where it did not live." Message Me – Find Me
He notices the signs that the pepperup potion alone isn't working, so he grabs two more potions. Stay calm. "Looks like you're getting a bit chilly, Annie Lennox." He says cheerily. "Not to worry though." Two potions. Strenghtening Solution - to help her regain some energy and wake up her immune system to fight off the cold, and the Grand Pepperup Potion; to warm her up inside and to ensure that she wouldn't feel the effects of what was, quite a curable issue. "I need you to drink both nice and quickly, before you get any colder, my dear."
-"You conjured beauty from the things left behind, found healing where it did not live." Message Me – Find Me
He sighs, and then thinks for a second. If she can't ingest, she can't take a potion. He's gonna have to think of a spell. He draws his wand and then gives it a complicated little wave, casting a hot air charm on Anna. He's used this on multiple cases of curing pneumonia on patients who're unable to drink a potion. This, coupled with the strengthening solution that he's given her should pull her body into homeostasis.

Ambroise breaths a quick sigh of relief. "Possibly." He explains, "Though it doesn't make much sense. The weather's relatively good outside, and you've not been exposed to coldness." He muses. "We might need to do a couple of tests, but hopefully it won't be anything to worry about." He explains. "I can't give you a definite answer straight away."
Because his health had deteriorated throughout the night, Cade was restricted to his bedroom. Not that he minded; his neighbors kept on bringing him new books and coming in and out to chat. (When he wasn't coughing up a lung worth of mucus, of course.) Nurse Olivia had committed the mistake of leaving his oxygen mask a little too far away when she last checked in on him, though, so he was sort of dying right now, his chest heaving as he attempted to fill his lungs with oxygen. But it hurt, and he felt like he was choking, and his chest felt too heavy and - is his time finally up?
-"You conjured beauty from the things left behind, found healing where it did not live." Message Me – Find Me
Amb had a feeling something was up, so he had gone to check on Cade, and saw that his mask was too far away. He ran towards the bed, and putting the oxygen mask back on Cade, increasing it ever so slightly to give him an oxygen boost. "Come on bud, stay with me..." He says, waiting for a moment to see if this helps.
It helps a lot, and the blurriness of his vision gradually disappears. It takes a few minutes for him to settle down, and when he does, he smiles weakly in gratitude. He goes to remove the mask, only bringing it back to his face once he's done talking. "Thanks, Amb," his voice is small and sounds sheepish.

He quickly wipes a bead of sweat from his brow and sighs, "That was almost too close a call, Lil' Man." Cade's nickname is Lil' Man, short for Little Mansfield. He walks over to fill in the paperwork at the foot of Cade's bed. "So, Nurse Olivia left the mask a stretch too far...." he sighs. He hates having those kinda discussions. "Just keep the oxygen up for a few more minutes, and you should be alright." He says. "On a scale of one to five- five being really bad, with your fingers - how uncomfortable are you right now?"
He lifts two of his fingers like a peace sign, unsurprisingly. It's always a two. Other people - people like Anna and/or Ivy - they usually worked up to a bigger number. But Cade? He can be dying, but it's still a two. He takes a few more deep breaths of fresh air before pulling his mask back again to rasp out: "Don't sack Nurse Olivia," She may have fugged up, but he genuinely liked her, and he personally knew how much she'd struggle if she lost this job. "Please."
-"You conjured beauty from the things left behind, found healing where it did not live." Message Me – Find Me
He sits down, and speaks in a comforting tone, "Hey kiddo - don't worry. She won't lose her job. She'll just be asked to be more careful. Mistakes happen all the time," He says, in an effort to soothe Cade. "Now you said two - is that a good two or a bad two? Gimme a thumbs up or down."
Nodding to show he understood, he slips his mask back on waits patiently for the questions he knows are gonna follow. Taking a moment to hell over his question, he ultimately decides on leaving his thumb facing sideways; a happy medium. He feels much better than he did a few minutes ago, so he's still riding off that relief, but he knew his lungs were clogging up. His breathing was raspy and he was fairly certain he had a runny nose right now.

He chuckles, "Always sitting on the fence, aren't ya, Lil' Man?" He says, as he puts the clipboard back in place, and walks to the medical cupboard. "Right, what's on the menu today..." He whispers, his fingers tracing the bottle, till he finds the one he's looking for. He pours it into a shot glass and passes it to Cade. "Alright, a teeny dose of pepperup potion to get your airways all fresh and clear again." He says brightly.
