This template creates a border, buffer, or frame around the rest of the page. It pushes everything a little more into the middle of the page, so that the glow can show.

But before you add a frame, check something. Does your glowing border code start like

<div style="width:97%; border:

It doesn't have to be 97%, any percent counts. Because percents make it a set amount wide, so Frame doesn't work so well. But if the code starts like this:

<div style="border:

it will work better. Both the templates Background and Backdrop have the latter code. You can easily change it by coping the second one and replacing the first one with it.

To use Frame, put the template at the very top of your page, before the code that makes it glow.
