A crepe shop located in Hogsmeade, it's the closest thing to a child that owners Felix and Rufus have. After exhausting his time as a member of boy group Insomnia, Felix decided to open up this shop as his passion for cooking grew. The shop serves both sweet and savory crepes, and also has a small section dedicated to frozen yogurt and gelato.

This place is honestly the reason Billie loves Hogsmeade so much. Sure, the grounds are pretty and she talks to the ghosts in the Shrieking Shack sometimes but this is why she visits so often: the crepes. Best she's ever tasted. And she's been to France before. So, she's sat in the window seat with a very generous plate of crepes drizzled in chocolate spread and banana slices. Not the healthiest breakfast in the world, but who cares? It's summer.

Maya had just finished doing an early morning photoshoot for a new collection which means she can finally eat breakfast. She comes into the Crepe Place, swinging both the doors open in a grand entrance like she always does, fully decked out from head to toe in the most outrageous outfit because she couldn't be bothered to change. She spots Billie and sits with her immediately, not even bothering to ask if she's here with someone. "Billie!" she says, her eyes sparkling – half because of the excitement, half because of the glitter eyeshadow. "You're having breakfast here too? It's fate. I'll sit with you."

She almost senses the wealth before she sees Maya - and who could miss her, in that outfit? "Oh, wow," Billie gasps, quickly wiping a slather of chocolate sauce from the corner of her mouth as Maya approaches. "You look incredible! Where have you been?" She's never felt plainer in her life, but that doesn't matter because Maya's rocking that look so well and her aura's bright pink with joy and money.

The plan sounds ridiculous, and Maya says it so enthusiastically that it's probably a joke... right? "Except it's so much harder than I thought it would be." She pouts. "They made me wake up so early! The audacity."

"That's modelling for you," she smiles as the waiter approaches, before asking for another Coke because it's ten o'clock in the morning, so it's socially acceptable to drink soda now. "I've never done it but it looks so scary. All those cameras and the outfits and-" She shudders, grimacing. "I couldn't pull it off like you can. The eyeshadow!" She gasps again, completely entranced by all the silver and sparkles like a magpie. "It's so pretty! How long were you sat in the makeup chair for?"

She doesn't even wear makeup, never mind using magic to put it all on, so she's totally in awe as she looks at the glittery eyeshadow and the blusher and the lipgloss. It's a lot of hassle, but if she'll look as good as Maya does right now- no, that's pretty much impossible. "I have been working on a farm day and night," she replies, but like it's the best thing ever because it is! She gets to work with cute baby cows all day. That's always a plus. "And I painted my little brother - which was difficult because he never sits still and I didn't want to Petrificus Totalus him but I came close - and I painted a new deck of tarot cards!" She realises how loud her voice has gotten, so she clamps her lips shut before looking around and giggling. "What have you done? Is this a clue?"

Maya listens, interested as she cuts into the crepe that just arrived, on the edge of her seat as she hangs on Billie's every word. "Your summer sounds so much more interesting than mine," she says before answering, "My parents are busy with the opening of Periculum Park in Lincliff so they've mostly just left me to my own devices." She shrugs. "I have to attend a function or two sometimes but otherwise, modelling takes up most of my time! And hanging out with friends, too! We should go out together sometime. Like, an actual planned thing, not like, another spontaneous breakfast date."

She bites on the fork in surprise at the mention of the theme park-- "So your family owns it?" she asks, mouth agape. You can't miss the construction vehicles and cranes all over Lincliff, and she'd seen the sign being installed a few days ago when she went over to the island, but the fact that Maya's family runs it? "Does that mean you could get us to the front of all of the lines?"

She nods, not realzing that this was a noteworthy revelation or anything. To her, the whole amusement park thing is such a mundane part of her everyday. "Yeah, and yeah, totally!" she says, "It'll be fun. I already promised my friend Howl that we're going to close down the whole place for a night and throw the party of the century and invite everyone in Hogwarts before summer ends. It's gonna be legendary."

The idea of a summer party at a theme park is so awesome that she's practically buzzing with excitement by the time Maya finishes talking. "That's so cool," she grins, shoveling a bite of crepe and banana into her mouth to stop herself from babbling about all the things they could do: movies, haunted house, everything. "That's so cool. You make everyone's lives seem so boring, I hope you know that."

At the thought of Maya criticizing herself, which is a big no-no, Billie's smile immediately drops and is replaced with a concerned frown. "No-one thinks that!" she protests, "and anyone who does, shouldn't. You're not an airhead, there's no such thing." The energy coming away from her is a little unstable, so Billie takes Maya's hand and tries to do her best to correct it. It's a new technique her mother's been teaching her; borrowed from spirit nymphs, apparently. "You're stunning and you do modelling for a living, okay? That takes talent. You think I could do a ton of poses in front of a camera in that outfit and not look like an absolute clown?"

When she mentions Kwikspell, Billie's eyes light up - talk about an opportunity falling right into her lap. Almost like it's fate. "I'll tutor you!" she professes, beaming; it's not like she's doing anything this summer, as most of her students (rightfully so) want to spend the few months of freedom actually enjoying their lives. "I've been helping some kids with their grades to get some extra money, but I'll do yours for free, of course!"

Hope stood at the back of the line next to her old friend. "I know it's boring but lemon and sugar is really calling to my soul right now," Hope said after a moment as she bit down onto the tip of her thumb, her eyes scanning the menu. "I still don't get savoury crepes. What a waste of a crepe." Hogwarts had officially closed (not this mattered to her as of yet, she was rejoining next year) but it meant that her friends had more time to be bothered around her which was great news.

Tate was thankful to be doing this year at Hogwarts, it was exhausting being a student and he just wanted to skip his next year. As if either of his parents would allow that to happen though. Happy that he was able to spend time with Hope again, Tate jumped at the opportunity to hang out with her. "I'm so glad you said that because I was just thinking how weird a savoury crepe sounded. Not to be that person either, but I think I'm also going to get the lemon and sugar one. I've been craving my mom's lemon cake for weeks so maybe this will curb the craving."
