No Teachers Teaching (And a Partridge in a Pear Tree)
I do want to start this blog off by saying that there are those who are teaching their classes well. They're posting often, keeping students attentive, and overall doing excellent. That being said, as Headmaster of Hogwarts one of the MOST frustrating and stressful things was checking out classrooms and finding that those who had signed up to teach weren't. Or worse, having other Crats/Admins tell me I needed to check out certain classes since they hadn't been posted on yet. I'm writing this blog to let everyone who's supposed to be teaching know just how frustrating that can be. Kinsel Disappearance
Professor Kinsel seems to have disappeared. His office seems to have sealed itself to everyone (except possibly his Deputies) and though he's supposed to be giving a Transfiguration Final, he's nowhere to be found.
Everyone came up with so many good ideas, I simply couldn't pick one...so instead I'm going to let you pick what your character's believe about Kinsel's absence. Feel free to take credit for his death with your evil characters. Talk about him being a vampire, werewolf or any other dark creature. Share rumors of his illigitimate son or daughter, his ill mother, or other family he's had ot go rescue or save. Kinsel Kontroversy
So, as everyone should be aware by now, Professor Kinsel will be stepping down from Headmaster sometime before the next school year. I feel it would take something abnormal occuring to cause him to leave this position, so I'm looking for input. If you have an idea for why he would leave (or possibly where he would go or what he would do) feel free to post it below. I'm looking for all sorts of ideas (and lots of different ideas!), so let your imaginations go wild, and let me hear your best ideas, and feel free to post more than one!
B-Crat Plans

So, after talking with Alyssa, Jisk, and Peri about how things will work when I step down, I've made some decisions (going along with how they want things to run when I step down), and I wanted to post this blog so that the process is visable to everyone, and you know that there is a plan and can see it working over the next few weeks as the time comes closer.
First up will be the promotions that will come from me stepping down. I plan to step all the way down to a regular user, leaving a few places all the way up the line. I want to preface this by saying all of these decisions were difficult, but after talking with all the other Crats, all these were unanimous.
