Would anyone have characters interested in a half-breed rebellion of sorts? The goal, in-character, would be to destroy the Precinct wall and ultimately cripple the Ministry's ability to hold all the half-breeds in one place. It would involve not only those confined to the Precinct but supports from outside as well as law enforcement - aurors and members of the DRaCMaC task force addressed in this blog. Think something along the lines of a riot.
Of course, the rebellion will ultimately fail, and at least some of the characters involved will be punished. My character Catherine Durante is already slated to be arrested as one of/the leader of this mess, since she is a member of the Precinct Council addressed in this blog and it would be great if other characters involved could be arrested as well for their involvement. Once the current minister is no longer in power, those characters arrested for their involvement in this rebellion will be released, so it would not be an indefinite imprisonment and more of a convenient hold or even opportunity for a storyline.
Now, the minister would not be at all lenient and would authorize law enforcement to use lethal force, and those that die can be NPCs, but if someone wants to yeet a character, the opportunity is definitely there.
Final logistics about organizing the rebellion and its ultimate failure will be worked out once we have some kind of scope of how many people are interested. The overall idea has been approved by the crats.
