This is the Vigilance Headquarters, situated in downtown Lincliff City. The office is officially owned by a wizarding supply company that Vigilance is partnered with. The top three floors of the office house Vigilance's administrative operations, and the other floors have offices for the supply company, though all the company's employees in this building also have roles in Vigilance.
"I'm going to go inform the Head Auror tomorrow but...there's been a lot of nasty deaths happening like Ebonee's all around the magical community. Pretty horrific deaths." She'd pause. "Someone is killing people very intentionally in pretty horrific ways using magic."
Liam had been sitting down in one of the chairs he had dragged off to sit by himself. He was sober, for once, but he also had a throbbing headache. It wasn't from a hangover either, just a plain one. He had been listening, and decided that this would be a good cue to join the room and meeting. "I don't mind getting my hands dirty. Or risking my life. He huffs. "I'm tired of waiting around. I'm tired of waiting around for the other chapters. I say we break into the auror's office, see what information they've got so far, and go from there. Or at the very least, can we do something about that f-cking disgusting wall in the precinct? Shouldn't we be actively fighting against the minister?"

His face flushes and he can't help but fold his arms, signature scowl splayed. Some things you never outgrow. "What was that you were going to say? my fath? I'm not as dense as you think," he retorts. As the only other person contributing, he has to agree however with her idea. "Can we please break them out? Cause some chaos."
