Xavier bought this apartment when he returned to England. He chose to get a four-bedroom apartment for his daughter and him to have a separate study and playroom, plus it's easy to hold guests. One bedroom is for him, and one is for his daughter.
Apparently, instead of a playroom, it's being turned into the bedroom for his older sister, Amelia. They'll be sharing rent on this place.
